銀河食堂 – 名物　奈良かつ丼

昭和24年に近鉄大和郡山駅前で開業以来、創業77年の銀河食堂です（現在の店主は四代目）

【奈良かつ丼】
2022年に奈良公園で開催された“奈良フードフェスティバル　シェフェスタ”で初提供。
通常はご飯の上にカツをのせてから卵でとじるが、奈良かつ丼では卵がカツの下にあり、いわば玉子丼の上にカツがのったスタイル。
山焼きでお馴染みの三笠山に見立てて、カツを３枚のせているのが特徴。

“Nara Katsudon”first appeared at the “Nara Food Festival Chef festa”held at Nara Park in 2022.
Usually, a cutlet is put on top of rice and then covered with an egg, but in the Nara Katsudon, the egg is underneath the cutlet, so to speak, and the cutlet is on top of the egg bowl.
The feature is that three cutlets are put on top of the Mount Mikasa that is familiar in Yamayaki.
